Privacy Policy
Effective · 4 August 2026
This site collects almost nothing, and nothing at all unless you agree to it. What follows is the complete inventory, written to be read rather than scrolled past.
Who we are
dineshkp.com is operated by DineshKP Ventures (OPC) Private Limited, a One Person Company incorporated in India, CIN U62090TZ2024OPC033187, with its registered office at S.F. No. 814/4, Avinashi Road, Neelambur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641 062, India. For anything in this policy, write to contact [at] dineshkp [dot] com with “Privacy” in the subject line.
Analytics, and your choice
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. It loads for every visitor; what you choose controls what it is allowed to store.
Until you accept — and permanently, if you decline — it runs in a restricted mode. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, but it does send Google an anonymous record of the visit: the page, the referring site, and general details such as country, browser and device, from which Google estimates overall readership. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage so you are not asked again.
If you accept, Google Analytics additionally sets cookies on your device, so that repeat visits can be recognised as coming from the same browser. Either way Google receives your IP address and processes what it is sent underits own privacy policy, on servers that may be outside India. We see only aggregate reports; we do not attempt to identify individual readers, and we never use any of it for advertising — the advertising signals are switched off whatever you choose.
You can change your mind at any time. clears the stored decision and asks again.
Counting visits
Separately, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count how many people arrive and which pages they open. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not follow you from one site to another. What it records is derived from the request your browser already makes: the page, the referring site, and general details such as country, browser and device type.
Because it stores nothing on your device and identifies nobody, it runs for every visitor and is not covered by the choice above. It tells us how many people read the site; Google Analytics, for those who accept it, tells us more about how. Cloudflare processes this under its privacy policy.
What we do not collect
- No accounts, no passwords, no payments.
- No mailing list — this site has no subscription form and stores no email addresses.
- No advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or third-party embeds beyond the above.
- No cookies whatsoever unless you accept analytics.
Where it lives
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes standard connection logs (such as IP address and browser signature) transiently to run and protect its network, under its own privacy policy. This happens for every visitor, before and independently of any choice you make above, because it is how the site is delivered at all. Because Cloudflare operates a global network, data may be processed on servers outside India.
Why, and for how long
Analytics data is used for one purpose: to see what people read, so the site can be made better. Retention is governed by the settings of our Google Analytics property; cookies set in your browser expire on Google's own schedule, and clearing your browser data removes them immediately.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent data about you to anyone. Google acts as our analytics processor, as described above. Nothing leaves our hands otherwise, unless the law requires it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct, or erase your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time — for analytics, the reset button above does it instantly, and a single email to contact [at] dineshkp [dot] com does any of these. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
Grievances
Questions and grievances are handled by Dineshkumar Ponnusamy, the company's director. Write to contact [at] dineshkp [dot] com with “Privacy” in the subject; we aim to respond within seven days.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
Changes
If our practices change, this page and its effective date change with them. Where a change materially affects what is collected about you, you will be asked for your choice again.
